Fortune 100 corporations, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, medical equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, telecommunications companies, service providers, financial institutions, television producers, marketing and public relations firms - across all industries - across the globe - companies turn to ConferenceGlobal for our technology expertise, our experience in meeting planning and production, our personal service and attention to detail, and our concern for their budget.
From long-range events to "last minute solutions," here are some of the ways we have assisted our clients:
A medical equipment manufacturer wanted to deliver a medical education conference across the U.S. Similar conferences had previously been accomplished by a "road show" which required the corporate executives, staff, speakers, and support personnel to travel from city to city to deliver and re-deliver the conference - an expensive, time-consuming effort. We produced their next conference from their home office and delivered it via satellite to 12 major cities nationwide, and worldwide via the Internet. Remote participants were able to participate in a live Q&A. As part of the overall effort, we also created a website to promote the event (including an on-line registration database) and sourced and managed all hotel venues (including room blocks, catered receptions, satellite downlinks and audio-visual). Attendance was 57% above projections, with 99% of the participants reporting that they would participate in similar conferences in the future.
A food and facilities management company wanted to deliver clinical nutrition education to employees nationwide. Budget, reach and the availability of the conference on multi-media for post-conference viewing were key factors. We produced the conference from our clients' partner facility and uplinked it via satellite for delivery to 41 sites (73% more than their original goal). Our video recording of the program achieved the final goal of making the conference available post-conference at minimal cost.
A new corporate executive of a global freight-forwarding company wanted the opportunity to meet with employees of each of the company's branches across the U.S. Although the corporate office was videoconference-enabled, the branches were not. They were seeking to outsource the entire project (scheduling, venue selection and payment, internal communications of dates, times, directions, etc.) under a single invoice. We successfully managed the project over a 3-month period at 16% under budget.
A marketing firm had an important message to communicate live, within 21 days, to their shareholders in 24 countries. Flying them all to the U.S. was cost-prohibitive and virtually impossible to accomplish on such short notice. Through the use of ISDN-based videoconferencing, they visually presented to 95% of their total shareholders, on time, and addressed their questions "on the spot".
A telecom services company generously agreed to provide a non-profit organization with a multi-city videoconference pro bono. The conference involved hundreds people in the various locations. After they were quoted a price that was tens of thousands of dollars beyond their expectations, they asked for our help. We were able to assist them at a fraction of their quoted cost - and they met their commitment!
A telecommunications executive was to fly to San Diego to address a large group the following morning. We produced his presentation live from his corporate boardroom via satellite and provided the downlink at the hotel in San Diego. A Q&A session followed and his commitment was met, on time!
